Phone Hours: Emerald Coast Saddlery office hours are Mon-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-2pm Central Time. If we’re away from our desk or already on the line with another customer, please leave a message.
Orders: Help us keep costs down by placing your order online using our automated system whenever possible.
Payments: We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Cards are charged in real time at checkout.
Coupon Codes: MUST be entered correctly (no spaces) at checkout. You should see the discount before you check out. Subscribe to our Newsletter to receive special promotions and coupon codes.
Shipping/Handling: Emerald Coast Saddlery ships to the USA & Canada, within 3-5 business days for in stock items (unless we’re closed). Entering the wrong shipping address will result in additional charges if we incur additional fees. We ship Via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.
Backorders: We rarely run out of stock, but if we do, we will notify you of the delay and give you the option for a refund.
Incorrect, Damaged, Lost or Stolen Goods: For incorrect or damaged goods, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. Photos may be required. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately. The chances of finding your package diminish with each day that passes.
Holidays and Closings: We are closed on most major holidays. We do travel with our mobile unit and that will sometimes delay our shipping process. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Returns: Items must be returned unused in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If an item is returned in damaged or used condition, not in the original packaging a refund will not be given. No returns or exchanges on helmets. All sales on consignment and clearance items are final. No exceptions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
